Boom Mat's Under Hood Thermal Acoustic Lining is designed primarily for engine bays as a way to greatly reduce the problems of unwanted heat and noise.

Made of ¾" thick, high quality, industrial acoustic grade foam with a reinforced reflective aluminium covering and a simple easy peel and stick application. Under Hood Thermal Acoustic Lining not only insulates the underside of bonnets it also serves as a sound deadener and thermal control to protect paint finishes.
Under Hood Thermal Acoustic Lining can also be used as noise control in such applications as generator boxes and many other industrial uses.
